Join Top Chef Canada Judge and Dragon’s Den Dragon, Chef Vikram Vij on the 19th for a stroll through Victoria By The Sea to experience all the culture the village has to offer with street performers, galleries, and most importantly- food! Curing your Hors D’Oeuvres sampling, also enjoy local and regional beers and wines. After your tour- and don’t you dare be full!- experience a full menu at your choice of one of three local restaurants for a sit down authentic Indian supper. As we simply couldn’t send you into the Dragon’s Den unarmed, join Chef ILona Daniel for a demonstration (and sampling!) if Indian Cuisine at the Culinary Center on September 17th.
Take the 18th to relax and enjoy local Cavendish sights, sounds and activities. Fit in some golf, check out the International PEI Shellfish Festival- who are “shellebrating” their 20th anniversary! Or try the Clammin’ N’ Jammin Fall Flavours Event- explore PEI’s rich Acadian culture with food, performances and generations of history!
