Thank you for selecting Fairways Cottages as your Cavendish Beach vacation destination. We pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide our guests and look forward to the opportunity of serving your vacation needs.
To access individual cottage rates by date please click on the Book Now located above or call us toll free at 1-877-963-2843. For all weeks except for the CBMF week, Fairways Cottages requires a $200 advance deposit per cottage at the time of booking for reservations 7 days or longer and $100 advance deposit for booking less than 7 days. For all bookings other than the CBMF week of July 1 – 8, 2013, should you cancel your reservation or depart earlier then confirmed, as long as 21 days notification is received your advance deposit is refunded minus a $10 credit card processing fee. If you depart early, there is no refund to your confirmed rate. We look forward to hearing from you.
CBMF RESERVATION POLICIES
For the week of the Cavendish Beach Music Festival (CBMF), we require a $400 non-refundable advance deposit at the time of booking which will be applied to your final payment upon check-in. As per this policy, there will be no nightly refunds for early departures of less than a minimum stay of 5 nights during the festival week. All guests booking for the week of July 1 – 8, 2013 will be charged in full for each night reserved. All confirmed reservations as at Monday, November 12, 2012 are waived this policy. All new reservations as at November 12, 2012 will have this advance deposit, check-in/check-out, payment policy and cancellation policy applied. At Fairways, we sincerely pride ourselves on guaranteeing our customers a superior vacation experience. This policy is applied to guarantee this experience for all of our guests.
Please note, Fairways Cottages has a maximum per unit policy. All units are priced for up to 4 people in the one and two bedroom units and up to 6 people for the three bedroom units. There is a charge of $10 per person per night over the allotted advertised pricing. Maximum allowable occupancy in a one bedroom is 4 people. Maximum allowable occupancy in a 2-bedroom is 6 people. Maximum allowable occupancy in a three bedroom is 8 people. Fairways Cottages has a no tent or trailer onsite policy.
Fairways Cottages will take reservations one year out from the date of the request. During the first 3 – 10 days in January of the booking year we will reconfirm with the party requesting an advance deposit of $200 per unit to confirm the reservation.
Fairways Cottages also carries a minimum stay of 5 nights policy during July and August (minimum 6 nights for the week of July 1 – 8, 2013). On occasion, shorter term stays may become available between our 1 and 2 week stays and for our special 2 & 3 night packages. Please call to inquire.

Our check-in registration hours are from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Should you expect to arrive outside these hours, please contact us so we may make special arrangements for your arrival. We look forward to welcoming you.
We are a Pet friendly property. There are a couple of standard pet rules that apply: Pets are not to roam freely on the property. They must be leashed at all times. Please always remember to clean up your pet’s dodo. We complete daily tidies in your chalet. (take out your garbage, replace your bath towels and for long term stays for one week or more complete a linen change on every 3rd or 4th day). If your favourite pet is not kenneled while you are away from your chalet, our staff are instructed not to enter your chalet. This will protect both your pet and our staff. Please always keep pets off the beds and furniture. Unfortunately if pet hairs are found on the bedding or furniture additional cleaning charges will be applied to your account. If there is excessive barking while you are away from your chalet, we will request you take your pet with you on your next excursion. We look forward to welcoming you and your family pet.
Please note: Fairways Cottage policy is no camping tents or trailers are permitted on the property. There are 4 campgrounds within a 3 minute drive. Each unit has a maximum allowable overnight occupancy. This policy is strictly enforced.
